Administrative staff at the Colegio Andino – Deutsche Schule Bogotá, Colombia’s first German college, began ICDL certification. The college joins a number of other education institutions in Colombia that are using ICDL as an opportunity to optimize their use of digital resources and meet international standards to boost educational innovation in the country.

Over the past 10 years, ICDL Colombia has worked to consolidate its position as an ally for educational institutions in Colombia. Other examples of the use of ICDL in education include the ICDL certification of teachers, administrative and care staff at the Anglo-Colombian College, and the certification of year 10 and 11 students at the Italian Gymnasium Alessandro Volta.
