Success for ICDL IT Security Competition 2017 in Taiwan

The Computer Skills Foundation Taiwan, which operates ICDL in Taiwan, held its IT Security Competition 2017 earlier this month, in cooperation with Chia Nan University of Pharmacy & Science. The competition for students in high schools and universities who need to develop an understanding of IT security. Through the competition, it is hoped to enhance knowledge and awareness of the importance of information security issues.

Researcher, Dr Liu Yixian, and Project Manager, Zhong Peiyuan, of the Taiwan Information Security Centre at NCKU, were invited to share their expertise on IT security during the event, which had 130 student participants from 13 schools.
