ICDL Asia held its first ICDL Train-the-Trainers (TTT) program in China, Nanjing City from 22 to 24 November 2017 at the Jin Ling Science & Technology Institute. The programs were well-received, with participants from many schools and universities, including teachers who are dedicated to enhancing the digital literacy standards of their students.

Master Trainer, Paul Toh, who has developed extensive experience of ICT and ICDL modules over more than 25 years, taught the class. A total of 24 participants attended the TTT program, from various parts of China, including Nanjing, Shanghai, Beijing, Shun De, Guangzhou, and Ningbo. During the program, the teachers are trained with the essential skills of delivering ICDL modules.

This initiative is in line with ICDL Asia’s development plans for China, and we hope for more teachers to be trained and delivering ICDL modules to more schools and students.
